3D Sorter MAX

Mushiny 3D Sorter MAX is a multi-level robotic system for sorting orders, returns and parcels in fulfilment facilities. Carriers move across stacked tracks on a 0.5-metre pitch and discharge items into destination chutes or containers. The current system is rated for throughput up to 10,000 items per hour.

Mushiny software coordinates carrier traffic and exchanges work with WMS, WCS, MES and ERP systems. The compact three-dimensional layout increases destination density within a smaller floor footprint. Throughput depends on installation scale and configuration; a 2024 showcase installation was rated for 14,400 items per hour, while the current standard system carries the 10,000-item figure.
