MIX Pro

Mushiny MIX Pro is a tote-to-person automated storage and retrieval system for dense warehouse installations. Vertical mobile robots travel in aisles as narrow as 900 millimetres and work with racks up to 12 metres high. Each tote can weigh up to 50 kilograms, with 20-millimetre vertical spacing and optional double-deep storage increasing inventory density.

The robots travel horizontally and vertically at up to 3 metres per second and receive power through sliding contacts. Mushiny’s unified control layer coordinates robots, conveyors, workstations and inventory while connecting with WMS, WCS, MES and ERP software. MIX Pro combines vertical robots, racks, conveyors, workstations and orchestration software as one integrated storage architecture.
