Batchbot 2.0

About

About Batchbot 2.0

Batchbot 2.0 is Numina Group's person-to-goods order-picking system. Autonomous mobile robots carry detachable high-capacity carts between pick locations while workers receive voice-directed instructions. Numina's RDS warehouse execution software releases and batches orders, assigns tasks and coordinates the picking flow with packing and shipping operations.

The system can configure more than 35 orders on one cart trip and is designed to reduce worker travel through dense multi-order routes. Numina has described deployed configurations exceeding 300 picked lines per operator-hour, with actual throughput shaped by item mix, layout and site configuration.
