RightPick 4 System

RightHand Robotics RightPick 4 is an integrated robotic piece-picking system for warehouse order-fulfilment cells. It combines RightPick AI, an industrial vision system and a proprietary gripper using compliant fingers and suction. The system identifies and handles individual items across tote and conveyor workflows, with exception handling, multi-pick detection and trash detection intended to protect order integrity.

The fourth-generation system expanded the item range and handling capacity of its predecessor, including production apparel picking and objects up to the size of household jugs. RightHand states cycle times can be as short as three seconds, although realised throughput depends on SKU mix, presentation, destination geometry and upstream equipment. A defined API supports system-integrator connection to the surrounding warehouse control and material-handling workflow.
