RIVR TWO

About

About RIVR TWO

RIVR TWO is a wheeled-legged delivery robot developed by RIVR for food and parcel logistics. It combines rolling travel on streets and pavements with articulated legs for curbs, steps and the final approach to a doorstep. Its purpose-built payload system loads from above and releases underneath: the robot lowers itself, leaves the delivery and moves on without a direct exchange with the recipient.

The platform is designed for mixed delivery fleets and unattended handoffs in tight urban spaces. RIVR develops its hardware and autonomy together, using simulation-based reinforcement learning and real-world data with remote assistance available for exceptions. Its top-loading compartment and bottom-release mechanism are intended to shorten doorstep handoff time while supporting unattended food and parcel delivery. RIVR presents the robot as a platform for delivery-network integration.
