About Serve Gen 3 Delivery Robot

Serve’s third-generation delivery robot uses cameras, lidar and onboard AI compute to navigate pavements and road crossings during local food and retail deliveries. The platform adds a larger cargo compartment, revised drivetrain and suspension and improved protection for operation across varied weather and surface conditions.

Remote supervisors support the robot during complex situations, while fleet software manages routes, charging and merchant assignments. Serve Robotics is deploying the generation through large commercial programmes with delivery platforms and restaurant partners across US cities.
