Rizon Series

About

About Rizon Series

Rizon is a seven-axis adaptive-robot family with torque sensing at every joint and model-specific payloads of four or ten kilograms. The control architecture regulates position and force simultaneously, allowing the arm to maintain pressure, follow uncertain surfaces and respond to contact along adaptable programmed paths.

Rizon 4, 4s and 10 variants provide different reach, force and protection configurations, including IP65 models and optional wrist force-torque sensing. The arms can be installed at different orientations and paired with cameras, external axes or mobile bases. Flexiv Elements provides visual programming and task components for polishing, fastening, assembly, testing, machine loading and other contact-rich applications.
