SD-Series

Spin Robotics SD-Series is an end-of-arm screwdriving tool family for collaborative robot applications. SD35, SD50, SD70 and SD120 models span torque ranges from 0.3–3.3 to 2–12 newton-metres. The four tools use a protective shield and spring-loaded stop mechanism around the screw, with model-specific speed and screw-size ranges.

The tooling supports automatic bit changes, magnetic screws and hand-guided sequence teaching with a pointer fitted in place of the bit. Spin Bridge stores up to 300 sequences and exposes insertion data through OPC UA for production systems. All four models share IP53 protection, 70-watt continuous motor power and a 52 × 325 × 159-millimetre envelope.
