OnRobot Screwdriver

About

About OnRobot Screwdriver

OnRobot Screwdriver is an end-of-arm tool for automated screwdriving with collaborative and industrial robot arms. It combines an embedded drive axis, torque control, screw-presence and insertion checks, and protective functions in a package compatible with multiple robot brands.

The tool handles M1.6 to M6 screws up to 50 mm long and publishes a torque range of 0.15 to 5 Nm. Screw feeders, bits and integration software complete the configured application, while collaborative suitability depends on screw length and risk assessment.
