About Bolt

Bolt is Standard Bots' modular alternative to a legged humanoid for work that benefits from two arms, machine-height reach or movement between stations. Buyers can configure one or two Spark, Core or Thor arms on a fixed pedestal, caster base or Nimbus mobile platform, then add a fixed or articulated torso, a multi-camera head and task-specific grippers. The mobile configuration is advertised at up to 6 mph, while hot-swappable batteries are intended to support continuous operation.

Standard Bots positions Bolt for variable manufacturing, logistics, agriculture and retail workflows using a wheeled or fixed-base bimanual configuration. Its camera arrangement can combine three head cameras with wrist cameras, and the company supports hands-on or augmented-reality teaching. Bolt remains a coming-soon product in closed beta. Broad commercial deployment has not yet begun, and performance depends on the selected arm, base, torso and end-effector configuration.
