SafeLift Exosuit

SafeLift is Verve Motion's powered soft exosuit for workers performing repetitive lifting and material-handling tasks. Textile elements and powered assistance support the lower back while leaving the user's legs and upper body mobile. Assistance can be configured for the job and worker, and the suit is designed to be donned in about 30 seconds across sizes from XS to XXL and wearer heights from 5 feet to 6 feet 6 inches.

Verve specifies up to 240 newtons of lifting assistance and describes the system as offloading as much as 40 percent of the weight from a lift. A 100-watt-hour battery supports shift-length use under the stated operating model. SafeLift connects to the Verve Logic platform, which manages devices and collects usage and safety data across a deployed fleet. The system is commercially supplied for distribution centres and other material-handling operations, with fit, assistance settings and workplace procedures established during implementation.
