About SwitchBlade-Elite

Vision Aerial SwitchBlade-Elite is a folding professional tricopter with a pivoting rear yaw mechanism. The platform carries up to two kilograms, has a stated flight time of 50 minutes and tolerates winds up to 25 miles per hour. Its airframe packs into a vehicle-portable case and can move from case to flight in about two minutes.

Field-swappable payloads support inspection, thermal imaging, gas detection and mapping missions. The tricopter layout is intended to combine stable hover with efficient forward flight in wind-exposed field operations. Fire agencies, surveyors and industrial teams can configure the aircraft around the sensor needed for each sortie, while payload choice and operating conditions determine actual endurance and data quality.
