About

About Condor XL

Volatus Aerospace Condor XL is a gasoline-powered unmanned helicopter for heavy cargo movement where roads, runways or conventional logistics are constrained. The current product specification gives a maximum payload of 180 kg, travel distance up to 200 km, cruise speed of 90–110 km/h and endurance up to two hours. A multi-package payload compartment supports consolidated delivery routes and multiple drop-offs.

The aircraft is being positioned for remote-community supply, industrial transport, emergency response and government logistics. Volatus reported that the programme entered validation after its July 2025 launch, with Transport Canada approval for flight testing and initial commercial operations planned for 2026. Real mission capacity depends on payload, fuel, altitude, weather, routing, communications, regulatory approval and the validated aircraft configuration.
