About Fast Picker
Fast Picker is ZenRobotics' high-speed sorting robot for lightweight municipal, dry mixed and packaging waste. Cameras and ZenBrain machine vision identify target materials on a moving belt, then a gantry-mounted arm removes selected objects into separate chutes.
The system handles items up to one kilogram and performs up to 80 picks per minute, with standard and wide configurations for different conveyor widths. Operators can train new material categories and use stream data to adjust recovery priorities. Fast Picker can be retrofitted into an existing material-recovery facility or included in a new line, operating alongside manual sorters or other ZenRobotics equipment.
