Nyobolt signs binding anode offtake agreement with Talga

• Talga executed a binding offtake agreement to supply Talnode-C graphite anode material to Nyobolt for ultra-fast charging battery systems.
• Nyobolt committed to purchasing approximately 3,000 tonnes of Talnode-C over an initial four-year term beginning from 13 May 2025.
• Initial supply is expected from Talga's Electric Vehicle Anode demonstration plant in Luleå, with later supply tied to Talga's planned commercial Anode Refinery.
