About Novarc
Novarc Technologies builds collaborative automation for pipe fabrication, centred on the Spool Welding Robot. The system mechanises multi-pass pipe welding while an operator manages setup and production through a pendant and human-machine interface, covering root, fill and cap passes across common alloys, flange work and dual-torch configurations.
The robot is supported by NovEye machine-vision assistance, weld recipes and software for recording process parameters, video and operating data. NovData produces logs and daily reports, while NovSync connects production information across the welding workflow. Novarc pairs the equipment with operator training, maintenance procedures and application support for fabrication shops seeking repeatable weld quality and higher throughput.
