About LE Robotics
Navigator Welder moves around large structures on a mecanum-wheel base and uses lidar to locate itself relative to the workpiece. Three-dimensional vision reconstructs the joint geometry, after which the system identifies the seam and creates a welding path without requiring an engineer to teach every point manually.
The platform supports multi-layer and multi-pass welding and maintains alignment as the robot changes position around the structure. A digital twin and remote application allow operators to prepare, monitor and adjust jobs across shipbuilding, heavy equipment and other low-volume fabrication processes.
