Its semiconductor range includes vacuum and atmospheric robots, aligners and integrated handling modules that move wafers and substrates through contamination-controlled process equipment.
PreciseFlex collaborative SCARA, six-axis and Cartesian robots extend the portfolio into laboratory and flexible industrial work. Controllers, mechanisms and system engineering support equipment makers building complete tools and cells. Brooks reports more than 100,000 automation solutions operating in mission-critical fabs and provides global service, spares and lifecycle support for installed systems.
