PreciseFlex c10 Family

The c10 uses a rotary-column arrangement to place a 10-kilogram-payload arm inside a near-cylindrical work envelope. Its 896-millimetre horizontal reach can extend into instruments, racks and stacked machines while the narrow base preserves floor or cart space. Brooks offers 500, 1,000 and 1,420-millimetre vertical-axis versions, all using four controlled axes and an embedded controller.

Operators program the robot through Guidance Development Studio, a web interface or the TCS API, with Ethernet, Modbus/TCP and end-of-arm serial connections available for workcell equipment. Hand-guided teaching and optional IntelliGuide servo or vision grippers shorten setup for sample handling, specimen sorting, electronics transfer and machine feeding. The technical sheet specifies ±0.020-millimetre repeatability at the tool flange and lists ISO 10218 and ISO/TS 15066 among the applicable certifications.
