About Bright Machines
Bright Machines combines digital product engineering with robotic microfactories for electronics and AI-infrastructure production. A product is modelled and its assembly sequence tested virtually before the physical line is built. Modular cells then perform operations such as component placement, screwdriving, dispensing, joining, testing and machine-vision inspection, with software maintaining genealogy and process data for each unit.
The company operates as both a manufacturing partner and a supplier of automation equipment. Customers can hand over a product design and use Bright’s factories for industrialisation and volume build, including server and storage hardware. Software-defined work instructions and reusable automation modules allow the line to be reconfigured across product revisions, while human operators continue to handle exceptions and tasks that are not economical to automate.
