DEUTZ combines power-system development and manufacturing with a service business that supports equipment through repair, overhaul and replacement. Its Lifecycle Solutions range includes repair kits and complete replacement engines, while telematics supplies engine and service data for fleet monitoring. These services connect the installed powertrain to ongoing maintenance planning.
The Xchange programme remanufactures engines and parts through disassembly, cleaning, inspection, reconditioning and reassembly. Components are assessed for reuse or replacement, wearing parts are renewed, and completed engines undergo functional and performance tests. This extends the company's role beyond supplying new drive systems to maintaining the power equipment already operating in industrial and mobile machinery.

- 2026-09-29 - Production Milestone - ARX and DEUTZ hand over first Ulm-built GEREON systems
The systems will reinforce the GEREON fleet already operating in Ukraine. DEUTZ provides industrial manufacturing, production processes and quality assurance, while ARX leads system development and integration. The first handover is part of a larger production volume set to ramp over the coming months.

The companies are evaluating DEUTZ hybrid drivetrains, batteries, power electronics and scaled OEM solutions for Hypercraft unmanned ground platforms.
