About Diligent Robotics
Moxi is a mobile manipulator configured for secure, non-clinical deliveries inside hospitals. It carries medications, laboratory samples, telemetry equipment and supplies between departments, navigating public corridors, opening doors and using lifts while staff remain on patient-care units.
Diligent deploys and monitors Moxi fleets as an operational service, mapping each hospital and integrating delivery routes with pharmacy, laboratory and nursing workflows such as Meds-to-Beds and just-in-time logistics. Moxi 2.0 builds on more than 1.25 million completed deliveries; at its 2025 launch, the fleet operated in over 25 US hospitals, with configurations designed to scale beyond 15 robots at one site.
