About Furhat Robotics
Furhat creates its animated face by projecting interchangeable digital characters onto a three-dimensional head. Cameras and microphone arrays allow the robot to track and address several people, while coordinated gaze, facial movement, speech and head gestures make turn-taking more legible than interaction through a conventional screen or voice assistant.
Developers can build behaviours through the Furhat SDK, design LLM-driven conversations through FurhatAI Creator or connect external language models and applications through the Realtime API. The commercial platform is used in laboratories, classrooms, public demonstrations and customer-service trials, with software deployment and analytics forming as important a part of the product as the physical head.

The office extends Furhat's existing presence in Europe and the United States. The company identified hospitality, government services, healthcare, education and retail as focus markets for the regional hub. The regional team was established to support customers adopting Furhat's social robotics and conversational AI tools.
