About Hangcha Group
Hangcha Group combines automated material-handling vehicles with fleet-control software that assigns jobs and plans routes. Its robotic systems use different load interfaces for storage, line feeding and heavier transfers, allowing a site to coordinate several vehicle formats around the material flow. The control layer manages these movements as a system.
A battery-manufacturing configuration illustrates that approach: vehicles support cell storage, transport of partly assembled packs and high-level handling, while fleet software manages task priorities and charging. Monitoring covers idle time, charging share and completion efficiency. Hangcha also integrates vehicles with warehouse and enterprise software, connecting physical transport to the orders and production requirements that generate each mission.

- 2026-09-15 - Market Signal - Hangcha proposes up to RMB2.259B convertible bond for robot projects
The proposal remains subject to shareholder approval, Shanghai Stock Exchange review and China Securities Regulatory Commission registration. RMB 758.6829 million is allocated to a forklift-robot smart factory, and RMB 225.18 million to forklift and logistics robot R&D. If issued, the bonds become convertible from the first trading day six months after the issuance ends.

Hangcha unveiled LogiMind, an embodied-AI foundation model developed for industrial vehicles, at its inaugural AI Day. The autonomous-forklift range covers counterbalanced, reach, pallet and stacker formats on a shared 3D LiDAR, multi-camera and cloud-edge architecture. The event launched Hangcha's AI-driven strategy around three R&D platforms for embodied AI, intelligent logistics and robotics innovation.

Hangcha sold 334,360 units in 2025, while overseas revenue reached RMB 7.69 billion and represented 43.38% of total revenue. EZGO uses markerless 3D LiDAR SLAM and is designed to begin operation without major site modifications. The system supports multi-tasking and multi-vehicle coordination, with integrated LiDAR and vision for obstacle detection. Positioning accuracy is +/-15 mm, with approximately four to five hours of runtime and charging in about one hour.
