About BALYO

BALYO was created in France in 2006 after its founders automated an industrial guided vehicle for a glass manufacturer. The company applies its navigation and control stack to standard forklift chassis from OEM partners, producing a family of robotic vehicles for horizontal transport, rack storage, line feeding and trailer or conveyor interfaces.

The current range includes VEENY turret trucks, REACHY reach trucks, LOWY stackers and TUGGY tuggers, with configurations reaching storage heights of 17 metres and payloads up to 1,600 kilograms. Deployments are designed through facility mapping and flow simulation, then coordinated by Robot Manager, which connects warehouse-management commands to missions, traffic control, charging and infrastructure such as doors and lifts. BALYO reports more than 1,476 robotic forklifts delivered across warehouse and manufacturing operations.
