Vision Aerial starts Vulcan SX production and opens YX preorders
Vision Aerial began production of its Vulcan SX medium-lift UAS and opened preorders for the heavier Vulcan YX variant.

Evidence notes
- The Vulcan SX supports payloads up to 3 kg and up to 70 minutes of endurance without payload; the YX is designed for payloads up to 10 kg.
- Both variants use Vision Aerial’s Flight Deck v4 and a field-swappable payload architecture for inspection, mapping and public-safety missions.
- The company said initial Vulcan aircraft were moving from its Bozeman factory toward customers, marking a production milestone rather than a prototype reveal.
