GOVY is GAC Group's low-altitude mobility business, developing electric vertical-takeoff aircraft for passenger travel. AirCab uses a multirotor configuration for urban and short-distance routes, while AirJet uses a compound-wing architecture for longer regional trips. Both programmes remain subject to aviation certification before passenger service.
GOVY completed its Guangzhou Huangpu manufacturing facility in May 2026 and produced the first AirCab from a line designed for 100 aircraft per year. The facility covers composite-part production, final assembly, testing and delivery preparation. GAC has reported nearly 2,000 AirCab customer orders, with certification and initial deliveries targeted for the end of 2026.
