ROEQ develops payload-handling equipment that turns autonomous mobile robot bases into complete material-transport systems. Its top modules lift carts, racks and pallets or transfer loads across powered rollers. Matching S-Carts, docking stations and accessories create defined pickup and delivery interfaces, while ROEQ Assist software configures the module, safety settings and service parameters consistently across a deployment.
Product families are matched to mobile robots from supported manufacturers, particularly Mobile Industrial Robots. Cart systems for MiR250 carry 300 or 500 kilograms, while combinations for MiR600 and MiR1350 scale to 800 and 1,500 kilograms. TML lifters collect loads from free space or docking stations, and TLR Lift 'n' Roll modules combine pallet lifting with roller transfer for conveyors and production equipment. ROEQ sells this interoperable hardware and software through integrators, extending an AMR's navigation capability into pallet, cart and line-side handling workflows.

The TLR module supports payloads up to 1,190 kg and a 70 mm lift stroke. Compatibility covers MiR and OMRON AMRs, with ROEQ Assist for setup. GuardCom uses coded light to coordinate safe pallet transfer with conveyor lines.

An OMRON MD-650 uses a ROEQ TML500 Pallet Lift EU to move pallets up to 500 kg. Operators select one of three drop-off locations using pushbuttons. Skandia Elevator and AtLid plan to expand the installation and further reduce forklift use.

TR600 handles loads up to 600 kg, while TR1150 handles up to 1,125 kg. TR1000 Auto transfers cargo to static conveyors at different heights. TR1150 and TR1000 Auto can carry two packages for separate delivery to different stations.

The EU solution supports payloads up to 500 kg on MD-650 and 750 kg on MD-900. Both lift formats work with ROEQ PR750 pallet racks and include ROEQ Safety and ROEQ Assist software. The modules can travel with the lifter raised to shorten delivery cycles.

The solution transports payloads up to 130 kg. The cart supports docking from either end and free-space pickup and drop-off. Its first public showcase was planned for LogiMAT in Stuttgart on April 25–27.

The ROEQ TMC500 and Cart500 combination doubled the LD-250 payload potential to 500 kg. The cart solution supported free-space pickup without fixed docking markers. The system included ROEQ Assist and safety configuration software for LD-250 integration.
