Its Arc family combines generative conversation, visual intelligence and multilingual interaction in desktop and mobile formats that can greet visitors, answer questions and guide people through a property.
ArcLite places the assistant at a counter, while ArcMove adds autonomous movement for escort and roaming engagement. Cloud connectivity keeps content and service behaviour consistent across locations, and customer integrations connect robots to property information and workflows. Amity provides customisation and lifecycle support and reports ARC Base deployments across more than 30 properties in Asia and the Middle East.

East Ventures led the equity portion, 500 Global participated in equity, and AlteriQ Global led the debt portion. ARC Base was live across more than 30 properties in seven Asian and Middle Eastern markets at announcement. The capital supports deeper ARC Base deployments, development of the mobile ARC Move system and international expansion.
