About Armnet

Armnet provides remote execution on a shared farm of physical robot arms. A researcher packages a policy, dependencies and evaluation code in a Docker container, then launches the workload through a Python interface. Armnet schedules the run on connected hardware and returns the recorded observations, actions and results, removing the need to maintain a local robot, camera setup and reset process.

ArmnetBench v0.1 uses parallel SO-101 arms to demonstrate repeatable real-world evaluation of manipulation policies. Multiple identical stations allow policies to be tested across physical variation and more episodes than a single laboratory rig can support. The service therefore sits between simulation and customer-owned deployment: developers retain control of their software environment while Armnet supplies standardised hardware access, execution and experiment records.
