Saphira AI organises engineering analysis around a linked, versioned model of a physical system. Designs, requirements, tests and field data provide context for investigating failures and assessing the effect of changes. Its agents propose failure modes, mitigations and validation plans, while engineers review and approve consequential decisions.
A failure-analysis project can begin with imported spreadsheet records or manually entered hazards and system functions. Identified failures connect to control measures, safety functions and supporting tests; trace-graph and table views help teams examine residual risk and missing validation. When the design changes, those links show which requirements and tests may need reconsideration. The software supports engineering judgement and preparation for assessment, with safety engineers reviewing generated analyses.
