About Asteria Aerospace
Asteria Aerospace designs and manufactures multirotor and vertical-takeoff aircraft in Bengaluru and connects field collection to its SkyDeck cloud environment. The A200-XT supports portable day-and-night surveillance, the A410-XT serves longer inspection missions, and the AT-15 applies fixed-wing cruise efficiency to defence reconnaissance. SkyDeck manages missions, fleets, geospatial processing and delivery of collected information.
The company also operates drone-as-a-service programmes for customers that need recurring surveys without maintaining an internal fleet. Its services cover transport corridors, mines, energy assets, telecommunications sites and agricultural land, with outputs such as orthomosaics, elevation models, change detection and inspection reports.

- 2024-12-10 - Production Milestone - Asteria delivers AT-15 VTOL drones to Indian Army
The delivery covered Asteria's indigenously developed AT-15 surveillance drones. Asteria described the order as its largest-ever AT-15 contract. The AT-15 is a man-portable VTOL drone with EO-IR payload support, up to 120 minutes flight time and operation up to 6,000 metres altitude.

Asteria said A410-XT certification made it the first company with three DGCA-certified drones. The certification confirms compliance with India?s Drone Rules, 2021 for operation in Indian airspace. The A410-XT is positioned for surveillance, security and industrial inspection use cases.

Reliance Strategic Business Ventures paid INR 23.12 crore in cash for the shares. The purchase gave the Reliance subsidiary 51.78% of Asteria’s equity. Reliance proposed up to INR 125 crore of further investment tied to agreed milestones.
