About Automha
Automha develops automated storage and intralogistics systems for pallets, bins and specialist loads. Its product range combines stacker cranes, shuttles, conveyors, automated guided vehicles and transfer equipment with AWMS software that controls storage locations, missions and material flow.
The company engineers turnkey warehouses from simulation and mechanical design through installation, commissioning and support. Configurations serve food, beverage, manufacturing, cold-store and distribution operations, including high-density and high-throughput facilities. Automha has operated as a wholly owned Comau company since July 2025, pairing its warehouse technology with a broader industrial-automation network.

Comau acquired full ownership of Automha and its global subsidiaries on 31 July 2025. Automha remained operational with its existing organization, commitments and strategic direction. Comau said the combination expands its warehouse and intralogistics automation capabilities and Automha's global reach.

Automha was included in both the Top 100 Excellence and Top 100 Performances categories. The assessment used an ESG rating established by ALTIS and Repris with mathematically calculated scores. Automha said the recognition reflected process, system and resource initiatives intended to improve social and environmental impact.

Orders closed in November and December 2022 totalled €40 million, including €17.6 million from a major international food-sector customer. The orders covered food and beverage, automotive and cold-storage applications. Automha said the systems would be installed across seven countries in Europe, North America and Asia.
