About
About Exotec
Exotec develops robot-based automated storage and retrieval systems for warehouses. Its Skypod system combines climbing mobile robots, high-density racks, workstations, conveyors and warehouse software to store containers and bring inventory to picking and processing stations.
The next-generation system extends the original goods-to-person design with case handling, buffering, sequencing and pick-and-pack workflows. Exotec supplies the robots as part of an integrated warehouse system with deployment, monitoring and support. Performance and storage gains depend on the installed rack, station, robot and software configuration.
