About BrainCo
BrainCo develops non-invasive neural and neuromuscular interfaces that translate biological signals into device control or rehabilitation feedback. Its NeuroMaker bionic hand detects residual muscle and nerve activity through sensors in the prosthetic socket, then maps those signals into coordinated finger and grip patterns. Five independently driven fingers support several distinct grasp types and articulated movements.
The company’s wider portfolio includes brain-signal headbands, rehabilitation systems and intelligent prosthetic joints. Training software helps users associate intended movement with the hand’s response, while clinicians or prosthetists configure sensitivity and grip behaviour around the individual. BrainCo is also extending its sensing and control work into dexterous robotics, where human neural or motion input can provide commands and demonstrations for both assistive prostheses and robotic hands.

- 2026-07-17 - Product Launch - BrainCo launches integrated brain-to-robot development platform
The graphical workflow combines EEG collection, experiment design, neural decoding and robot-control mapping. BrainCo demonstrated the system at WAIC 2026 with an EEG headset directing a robotic arm. The platform is designed to reduce the integration work required for brain-computer-interface robotics research.

MANUS joint-angle and fingertip data controlled the BrainCo Revo 3 dexterous hand. Haptic feedback was available as an optional element of the setup.
Source - 2026-04-09 - Product Launch - BrainCo launches Revo 3 dexterous hand
BrainCo released Revo 3 as a 21-degree-of-freedom dexterous hand built on direct-drive, backdrivable joints for higher-precision robotic manipulation. The company said the hand combines full-palm tactile sensing with fingertip visuotactile sensing, targeting stable in-hand manipulation rather than simple grasping alone. BrainCo positioned Revo 3 as a deployment-ready hand stack with support for multiple control modes, mainstream industrial communications, and broader embodied AI integration workflows.
Source - 2026-02-16 - Demonstration - BrainCo's Revo2 Hand Undergoes Rigorous Durability Tests
• BrainCo conducted a series of durability tests on its Revo2 dexterous hand, including multiple 1-meter drops, a 5.3-meter drop onto a marble slab, and a 30-meter throw. • The tests culminated with the Revo2 being run over by a Volvo SUV. • The Revo2 withstood all tests without sustaining damage.
Source - 2026-01-08 - Funding - BrainCo raises about CNY 2B in new financing
IDG Capital and Walden International participated alongside Lens Technology, LY iTECH, Will Semiconductor, Runze Technology, Huazhu and TAL Industry Fund. The financing added strategic backers from electronics, computing infrastructure, hospitality and education. BrainCo said the capital would accelerate research, manufacturing and commercialization across its neurotechnology portfolio.
Source - 2025-12-30 - Product Launch - BrainCo launches Revo2 dexterous hand
BrainCo introduced the Revo2 dexterous hand as a next-generation robotic hand built around lightweight construction, higher load capacity, and upgraded motion control. The company said the hand weighs about 383 grams, delivers 50N whole-hand grip force, and supports external loads up to 20 kilograms. BrainCo positioned Revo2 as a tactile-enabled manipulation platform for humanoid robotics and related embodied AI applications rather than a prosthetics-only device.
Source - 2025-02-26 - Production Milestone - BrainCo starts full production of smart bionic prosthetics
BrainCo said it had launched full production of its advanced bionic prosthetics, marking a manufacturing step-up for its non-invasive brain-computer interface products. The production push covered smart bionic hands and legs designed to translate neural signals into movement without surgical implants. The company framed the milestone as a move from technical validation toward scaled real-world delivery in assistive and rehabilitation use cases.
