Seismic integrates textile structures with Flex-Drive electric muscle modules positioned around the hips and lower back. Sensors monitor body position and movement, processors determine when assistance is required, and the powered elements apply aligned tension to support lifting, standing and repeated bending without using a rigid external frame.

The Worker Safety system pairs the garment with connected software that records usage and presents individual and fleet-level safety information, including posture and assistance patterns. Modular components can be worn as a vest and waist assembly and adjusted to the worker rather than permanently fitted to one task. Seismic also presents a wellness configuration for mobility and sit-to-stand support. The company currently offers the system through a preorder and evaluation process rather than as a broadly stocked consumer garment.
