About CaoCao Mobility

CaoCao Mobility operates a technology-led transport network that combines purpose-built electric vehicles, dispatch, fleet management and driver services. Its established ride-hailing operation provides the operating base for RoboX, a physical-AI strategy extending the network into autonomous passenger and freight capacity. CaoCao Robo OS is intended to connect service demand with Robotaxi, Robovan and future specialised vehicles.

The Robotaxi programme combines Geely vehicle engineering and autonomous-driving technology with CaoCao's maintenance, charging, customer-service, emergency-response and order-allocation capabilities. Pilot Robotaxi services began in Hangzhou and Suzhou in February 2025, and a steering-wheel-free L4 vehicle designed for sustained fleet use was targeted for launch by the end of 2026. Robovan applies the same operating model to logistics, positioning CaoCao as the fleet and service layer around the vehicles rather than solely an autonomy developer.
