Founded in 1997 and based at Beaujolais Aerodrome in Frontenas, DUC Hélices combines aerodynamic engineering with carbon-composite manufacture. The company designs, qualifies, certifies, industrialises and maintains propellers, rotors and accessories, and operates a U.S. subsidiary from Sebring, Florida.
DUC serves conventional aircraft, helicopters, multicopters and uncrewed platforms, with the drone market explicitly identified as a development priority. Its product role is both catalogue and programme-specific: aircraft makers can select approved propeller families or work with DUC on a tailored blade and hub configuration. Eve Air Mobility named DUC to supply lift rotors and the cruise propeller for its eVTOL, providing a clear production-aircraft reference for the supplier’s advanced-air-mobility exposure.
