Eddyfi Technologies develops eddy-current, electromagnetic, ultrasonic and remote-visual inspection equipment for pipelines, pressure vessels, power-generation assets, aircraft and other critical structures. Its instruments connect to application-specific probes and scanners, while software supports acquisition, signal interpretation, defect sizing and standardised reporting.
The Eddyfi Robotics portfolio adds modular crawlers, cameras, manipulators and tether systems that carry inspection payloads into pipes, tanks and confined spaces. Operators can configure mobility, lighting, sonar or nondestructive-testing modules around the access geometry and inspection objective, then review captured data through the wider Eddyfi software stack. ESAB completed its acquisition of Eddyfi Technologies in June 2026, adding the business to its inspection and gas-control portfolio.
