About Hyperion Robotics
Hyperion Robotics combines computational design, low-carbon concrete and robotic manufacturing to produce structural components. Its automated process places material only where required by the engineered load path, supporting foundations and other infrastructure elements for energy, water, data-centre and utility projects.
Forge is the company's digital production platform, linking design data, material preparation and robotised fabrication in a factory workflow. Forge I at Flixborough is its first UK manufacturing site and is being developed with LKAB Minerals as the local material partner. The plant is designed to make more than 50 Eurocode-compliant, CE-marked large foundations per week, with opening planned in 2026.
