JettyRobot manufactures tracked machines that travel inside pipes, ducts and ventilation systems to inspect, prepare and restore surfaces. Cameras and measurement tools identify condition, ovality, wall thickness, coating thickness and porosity; interchangeable modules then brush, vacuum, disinfect, blast with dry ice or abrasive media, apply high-pressure water and spray protective coatings.
JettyRobot S works in circular, square, rectangular and curved passages from 200 to 540 millimetres in its standard extended range, can climb vertically for 30 metres and develops 1,200 newtons of towing force. Larger and custom platforms address industrial exhausts and other confined assets. The Prague company sells and rents robots but also delivers complete interventions, covering method selection, equipment mobilisation and execution for automotive plants, food production, oil and gas, mining, power, water, chemicals and pneumatic transport.
