JettyRobot S

JettyRobot S is the compact crawler in JettyRobot’s pipeline-work family. It operates in circular, square, rectangular and S-shaped pipes from 200 millimetres to 540 millimetres with extensions. The 15-kilogram robot travels at up to 70 millimetres per second, develops 1,200 newtons of towing force and can work 30 metres vertically.

A front camera and detachable rear camera support remote inspection. Interchangeable tooling handles dry-ice and compressed-air blasting, brush cleaning, coating and other maintenance tasks while the tether supplies power and control from a 100–240 V switchboard. JettyRobot S shares tooling concepts and a control-panel option with JettyRobot 6 while preserving its narrower pipe range and lower towing load.
