JettyRobot 6

JettyRobot 6 is the larger crawler in JettyRobot’s tethered pipeline-work family. It operates in pipes from 350 millimetres to 1,350 millimetres with extensions, travels at up to 70 millimetres per second and develops 2,400 newtons of towing force. Front and rear cameras provide views while the robot works as far as 50 metres vertically.

Interchangeable tooling supports visual inspection, dry-ice and compressed-air blasting, brush cleaning, rotary vacuuming, coating and measurement. The 35-kilogram crawler receives power and control through its service cable from a 100–240 V switchboard. JettyRobot 6 and the smaller JettyRobot S can share one control panel, although only one crawler operates from that panel at a time.
