KABAM's Co-Lab indoor robot combines mobile patrol with access to building infrastructure. Lift and smart-door integration allow it to move between floors, while an extendable camera provides an elevated view for surveillance. Its screen also supports directories and concierge functions, bringing security observation and building-user interaction onto the same platform.

The Smart+ interface lets teams schedule patrols or dispatch ad-hoc missions, view camera and lidar feeds, monitor robot health and intervene remotely. Video analytics can flag unattended objects, overflowing bins and faulty lights, turning a patrol into an inspection of both security and maintenance conditions. Automatic recharging supports repeated missions, with building access and response procedures configured for each site.
