About Limitless Labs
Limitless Labs' CAM Agent works within Siemens NX and Mastercam, turning a machining request into a plan that the programmer can review and edit. It uses the customer's tool library and considers material, stock, tolerances and machine constraints when selecting operations and cutting conditions. Generated toolpaths remain native CAM operations, so a user can change them or insert additional steps.
Its modelling approach processes STEP files and boundary-representation geometry, with functions for predicting cutting forces, vibration, tool wear and deformation. Kinematic simulation checks reach and collisions for supported machining configurations. The company also isolates each customer's model, allowing machining knowledge to be applied within that customer's environment as programmers refine their workflows.
