Lotte Global Logistics operates parcel delivery, fulfilment, freight and supply-chain services in South Korea and overseas. Its robotics work combines logistics-centre operations with applied automation research. Earlier work at its Jincheon fulfilment centre tested a bipedal humanoid on garment picking and polybag packing.
The company is now developing a Korean physical-AI model and connected warehouse workflows through a national robotics programme running to March 2031. Partners include Yujin Robot, Seesaw and the Korea Electronics Technology Institute, with Lotte Hi-Mart participating as a prospective user. Logistics centres in Jincheon, Yangsan and Icheon will provide test environments for picking, inspection, handling, packing and patrol tasks. The programme aims to connect tasks and handle exceptions autonomously; this broader continuous workflow remains under development.

The programme runs through March 2031 with Yujin Robot, 씨소, KETI and Lotte Hi-Mart.
