About THG Ingenuity
THG Ingenuity provides commerce technology, fulfilment and creative services through THG Commerce, THG Fulfil and THG Studios. Its technology connects online selling and order management with warehouse operations, delivery and customer services. THG Fulfil operates automated facilities and helps other retailers implement automation, combining operating software, system design and ongoing support.
Its robotics offering includes AutoStore installations and robotic sorting systems for ecommerce fulfilment. A global AutoStore distribution agreement covers conventional capital purchases alongside selected systems available through Robotics as a Service, allowing customers to choose an ownership and service model. THG Fulfil also uses the equipment in its own network and has installed an AutoStore system for Footasylum. The wider group combines these physical operations with commerce platforms, marketplace services and content production for consumer brands.
