About Macco Robotics
Macco Robotics builds enclosed food-and-beverage stations around its Kime humanoid-style service robot. Kime Bartender uses articulated arms, dispensers, pumps and a customer-order interface to prepare beer, wine, cocktails and other drinks, while Kime Chef applies a similar architecture to automated dish production. Macco rates current configurations at up to 200 cocktails or 120 dishes per hour.
The systems connect with cashless payment, touchscreen ordering and venue-management software, allowing a customer to select a recipe and receive a consistently measured serving. Staff replenish ingredients, clean the station and supervise operation while the robot prepares each order. Macco offers the equipment through monthly commercial arrangements as well as direct projects and has deployed hospitality robots in Europe, the United States and India.
