About Omnia Wheels
Omnia Wheel manufactures patented multidirectional wheels for robots, conveyors and manually moved equipment. Its polymer wheel uses over-moulded rollers around the rim, combining the directional tracking of a fixed wheel with lateral movement and allowing a load to change direction without waiting for a caster to swivel.
The range spans 35- to 180-millimetre products for light robotic platforms, heavier mobile equipment, conveyor transfers and floor applications. Three-wheel arrangements can provide holonomic movement with translation and rotation controlled independently. Parent company Rotacaster manufactures standard and customised configurations in New South Wales, including wheel geometry, mounting and application-specific mobility solutions.
