About OTTO Motors

OTTO Motors’ AMR range covers light cart transport through pallet and heavy-load movement. OTTO 100, 600, 1200 and 1500 provide different payload and footprint combinations, while OTTO Lifter autonomously handles pallets. Safety LiDAR, three-dimensional cameras and industrial drive systems allow the vehicles to navigate around workers and changing obstacles without fixed guidepaths; the largest platform moves loads of up to 4,200 lb.

Fleet Manager receives transport requests and assigns work according to robot position, battery state, utilisation and traffic conditions. Opportunistic charging keeps vehicles available between missions, and OTTO Care supports monitoring, maintenance and lifecycle operation. Rockwell Automation acquired the business with Clearpath Robotics in 2023 and manufactures OTTO systems in Milwaukee. The AMRs can connect to plant and warehouse software, allowing material requests from production equipment or operators to become scheduled fleet missions rather than manually dispatched moves.
